Hot Juice and House of Blueberry. Content, social, editorial and creators for bumpp.gg and the Blueberry brand, run from the inside, daily, and built to grow with the raise.
You asked for two arms and a partner who owns them. This is that, built. Hot Juice and bumpp, one team, from the inside.
Amy, your brief asked for two arms, content on one side, marketing and community on the other, and a partner who sources the leads, hires them and manages them. Then we spent a week together at RDC and the picture got bigger. You don't have an internal team for this yet. We are the team. The leads you described get sourced, vetted and managed by us, and they produce because we make sure they do. We cut it, we caption it, we post it, we run the creators, we deliver shows ready for distribution, and the Head of Content and Head of Growth walk into a system that already works.
Three things are glaring: social that isn't being run, editorial that isn't being cut, and creator management that nobody owns. Underneath all three is a library of twenty shows and an audience of 26.7K on YouTube that has never been introduced to the app. That's not a growth problem. It's a launch problem. Launches are what we do.
bumpp is a House of Blueberry company, and the engine is built for both. Blueberry's audience is where bumpp's audience already lives: the 26.7K on YouTube came for Dress to Impress, the 11.9K on TikTok and 24K on Snapchat came for the fashion drops, and the clothing is written into every show contract. One team runs the social for both brands, one calendar, one voice with two accents.
And why this reads like a partnership, not a quote: the bumpp platform changes everything. A place to acquire shows, a place for creators to live, a place to bring the Discord home. Hot Juice has been building toward a creator community exactly like this since day one. So the pricing is favorable, the contract is twelve months, and we scale when you do.

The creator economy is a $313 billion market today, and Goldman Sachs has it on its way to $500 billion within a few years. Microdramas are proven. Gaming creators are the most watched on earth. Nobody has built the platform, the studio and the community around them at once. bumpp is the platform. Hot Juice is the studio. Together it's the community.
Great content, cut and posted daily, for bumpp and for Blueberry. The RDC library deployed. Every channel run by one team. A database from day one so nothing gets lost again.
Shows at your clip, ten plus a month: creators sourced, signed, developed, shot, cut into episodes, named, profiled, delivered ready for distribution. Blueberry clothing is already in every contract, so commerce is in every show.
Creator dinners in new communities. Minecraft, GTA, Fortnite, Halo, WoW. Experiential done at a high level. A bumpp show on YouTube people come back for.
Creator studios and clubhouses. LA, New York, London, APAC. A place regionally where creators come to make, connect and belong. The economics are there.
Hot Juice Studios is a creative and production studio built around elite creators: a live commerce and content agency, physical creator studios, owned events, an invite only creator circle, and original IP. Everything bumpp needs, we already run.
Always on editorial and social for Malbon, Gap and Medella. Hundreds of finished pieces a month, deployed everywhere, measured weekly.
Creator Economy Live, FLAGSHIP creator week, Buckets Cup, Malbon Home, RDC. A decade of live events. Dinners, premieres and booths are the same muscle.
An invite only creator circle across gaming, entertainment, fashion and sport. The network bumpp's creator program draws from.
Creator studios designed to be turnkey and iconic. The model for the bumpp clubhouse.
Brand development, voice, decks, data rooms, long form and feature development. We built our own raise from scratch.
TikTok Shop, live commerce, paid partners. The commerce layer bumpp's shows will need.
Joe Huynh and Justin lead editorial, cinematography and post, and train the editors under them in the Hot Juice style. Same team that shot RDC.
A dedicated manager on the bumpp accounts, calendar, captions, replies and reporting. Not shared, not part time.
Outreach, intake, contracts, payments, day to day with the roster and, where they are under 18, their parents and managers.
Marcus on strategy, the slate, creator relations and the raise. Weekly with the pod, biweekly with Amy.
A decade of live events. An event producer for dinners, booths and premieres whenever the calendar calls for it.
An invite only creator circle across gaming, entertainment, fashion and sport, paid media and commerce partners, design and brand.
We went through every channel and the app. Twenty shows and 141 episodes are live. 26.7K people subscribe to a YouTube channel built on Dress to Impress that now carries bumpp's name. The main accounts, renamed bumpp.gg by BLUEBERRY, have 11.9K on TikTok, 8K on Instagram and 24K on Snapchat, plus a newer standalone set under @bumpp.gg at 80, 170 and 84. Nothing is cross posted, scheduled or measured week to week.
Only two shows reach 20 episodes. Most sit at 1 to 10, four have one or two. A season needs 20 to 30 to hold a binge, so finishing shows matters as much as launching them.
The RDC Shorts are the best recent numbers five days in: 2.5K, 1.2K, 1.1K, 1.1K, 1K. The casting call did 9.1K. Long form sits at 55 views. A second channel at 84 subs splits the rest.
The main accounts are already bumpp's, renamed bumpp.gg by BLUEBERRY: @wearblueberry on TikTok at 11.9K and 115K likes, Instagram near 8K, Snapchat at 24K, YouTube at 26.7K. A newer standalone set under @bumpp.gg sits at 80, 170 and 84 with the same three line bio. Decision for the workshop: retire the standalone handles or give each a clear job. Either way, TikTok and YouTube first, Snap right behind them.
The main YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat accounts started as Blueberry's and now carry bumpp's name. The Roblox experiences (Blueberry Fashion World, the Blueberry Clothing Store) are Blueberry's. Creators post hauls and UGC from them every day, unprompted. bumpp has been layered on top with a rename. Blueberry needs its own social strategy too: the fashion brand, the Roblox items, the collabs, and how it hands its audience to bumpp on purpose. The audit and the calendar cover both.
Blueberry Studio has a channel per show and a 16 step creator onboarding already written: MSA and deal sheet, PayPal on approved deliverables, a Robux stipend for actors, required files, a Gold Standard Playbook, referral links with UGC codes. Creators are contracted to feature Blueberry clothing in every show. What's missing is the system behind it: episodes arrive as Drive links in chat, feedback lives in threads, nothing tracks status or due dates, and the team is asking creators to cut their own social clips. The main server has 1,514 members.
RDC went to YouTube only. Trailers go to X only. No cadence, no cross posting, no weekly numbers. One team, one calendar, everything everywhere, measured weekly.
One bumpp everywhere, bios rewritten, the second YouTube merged, the database live, baseline set, blueprint delivered.
Every day, every platform, 100 to 150 finished pieces a month. Weekly numbers, weekly adjustments.
Intake running, roster signed, ten plus shows a month through the new process with one or two tentpoles, social clips off the creators.
First Hot Juice season live, creator profiles up, boosting rule running, the ninety day report that sets the engine.
Directional, from the RDC numbers and DTI benchmarks. Followers are the outcome of cadence, creators and hooks, and we commit to those three. The ranges get replaced with real forecasts once the dashboard has four weeks of data.
Merge the channels, playlist the shows, introduce 26.7K DTI subscribers to the app. The biggest audience bumpp already has, and the cheapest win.
Your priority and ours. Daily, in the native register, creators tagged, on the handle that already has 11.9K. Then Snap, where 24K people are waiting for something to watch.
Take the strongest shallow titles to twenty episodes before launching new ones. A binge needs a season.
Keep the servers as the front door. Put a production board behind them: every show, every episode, status, due date, feedback, delivery. Then bring the fandom onto bumpp itself.
The question the raise has to answer is simple: do people like the shows? So the first number is views on the content, wherever it lives. The app, installs and retention are the second layer. Month one sets the benchmarks with the data team, and the numbers become the company's scorecard, not ours alone.
Views per show, per episode, across the app, YouTube, TikTok, Shorts and Snap. Episode one to two hold. Completion. The one number an investor asks for.
Followers, views, shares and saves per platform, week over week. Creator amplification tracked: how far each episode travels on creators' own handles.
Installs tracked from social. Day one, day seven, day thirty. Episodes watched per session. Where people drop, fed back to the slate.
Shows in the pipeline, episodes delivered a month, time from raw to live, creators signed, cost per finished episode. The proof the machine works.
Month one: benchmark everything that exists, in PostHog with bumpp's data analyst, on the data call with the tech team. Then we set targets together, per department, and report on them weekly. By the raise the deck has ninety days of real numbers against a baseline nobody can argue with.
Not everything needs a crew. Stories on the phone, cuts for the feed, cinema for the library. Each platform gets the fidelity it rewards.

we let the ceo do one job #rdc2026
we asked 22 creators one question
Daily. Shot by the team and the creators. Raw on purpose. The layer that keeps the channels alive between shoots.
Episode cuts, confessionals, the vote. Hook in the first second, caption in the native register, three to five a day.
The RDC crew standard. Hero films, premieres, the shows themselves. The thing people come back to.

Roughly 100 to 150 finished pieces a month in phase one, before any event. Volume moves the monthly, which is why it's a range.
Every episode becomes a cold open, a reaction, a BTS, a confessional, a line. And the shows themselves travel: the app first, then full episodes on YouTube as the proof that people want them, then dormant shows brought back on a schedule. Eyeballs are the metric, wherever they land.
Forty verticals, a hero, stills, all tagged in the database. Look backs, throwbacks, the RDC countdown next year. Nothing shot once.
Phone footage from the road, the booth, the office. Creator Q&As in Discord. The team's own takes cut into posts. For the people, by the people, scrappy on purpose. Never over produced.
Creator and fan content through the intake process, weekly, into the calendar. Paid where it earns it through the ambassador track.
Every conference and community event bumpp should be at through December, set in the workshop. We shoot them and fill the repository from them.
Cuts from Minecraft, GTA and Fortnite communities start in phase one so the channels read as gaming, not one game.
Merge the two channels. Every show a playlist, every creator a profile video, every episode a Short. Premieres for new seasons. Introduce the 26.7K DTI audience to the app on purpose. Then the bumpp show: something recurring people come back for, with the top creators across platforms.
Volume and consistency. On screen text in the first second, Gen Z register, creators tagged in every caption, trending sounds on event content, natural audio on confessionals. A boost rule: anything that breaks out in 24 hours gets money behind it, pointed at installs.
A visual identity that reads as bumpp: stills from every shoot, show art, Boop, creator portraits. Reels mirror TikTok winners a day later. Stories for drops and Discord moments. Threads for the pulse alongside X.
Creator, production and fan servers with weekly rituals. Premieres, polls, casting calls, the vote. A weekly push: what dropped, what's next. The bridge from Discord to the platform itself.
Blueberry's biggest audience after YouTube. Stories daily from the same cuts, Spotlight for the show trailers, a public profile for bumpp. Under 25, mobile, exactly the viewer.
Blueberry's audience pointed at bumpp with a plan. Episode drops, memes, creator shoutouts, replies. The fastest feedback loop on what the fandom is saying.
Thousands make narrative content for free. bumpp is the only one paying. Someone has to find them, sign them, brief them and keep them. That's a program, and we run it.
Sourcing, the back and forth, the managers and agents, the deal sheet, the signature. Ours from day one, so nobody sits in the middle of the flow. GTA creators first, then Minecraft and Sims where outreach is already live, then Fortnite and Toca Boca.
The MSA, the deal sheet, the playbook and the FAQ already exist. We run them, tighten them, add the under 18 process and an approval flow with Amy, and put a tracker behind Discord so nothing lives in a thread.
The day to day with creators. Concepts in the production Discord, notes on angles and wardrobe, feedback per episode against the playbook, deliveries and payments tracked. Social clips come off the creators and onto our editors.
Some creators want to make it their way: we give notes and cut. Some want a partner: we develop with them. Some hand us the raw: we do the rest. Every creator gets bucketed at intake, and every show gets our hands on development, hooks and post.
Shows cost $1K to $2K all in right now, and the biggest creators have done zero upfront deals for rev share. That changes as the numbers grow. We manage the tiers, the managers and the creator equity conversation with you as it does.
Creator, production, fans. Weekly rituals, premieres, the vote. The place people come back to between episodes.
You said it yourself: the shows aren't that exciting yet. That's the most fixable problem on this page, because the format has been solved at enormous scale and the data is public. We take what works in microdramas, translate it into gaming, and build the process so every show is written to it.
Ten creators, one theme a day, one eliminated every episode. The judge has a secret. Contract marriage energy, but for the crown.
A family moves in with more money than anyone can explain. Every episode one neighbor gets closer to the truth. Secret billionaire, suburban edition.
The most popular girl in school is being set up by her best friend. The audience knows, she doesn't. Revenge arc, twenty episodes, one reveal.
A kid finds out the family isn't hers, and the real one is next door. Rags to riches with a twin reveal at episode ten.
Nobody knows who makes the outfits everyone wants. A rich kid and a scholarship kid both claim credit. One of them is lying.
Six creators, six games, one group chat driving every episode. Each episode a different world, one story. Built for crossovers and cameos.
Every night at nine one player disappears. Weekly premieres in Discord, the fandom solving it between episodes. Horror is already bumpp's second biggest genre.
A survival server where alliances break every episode. Reality show structure, scripted twists, a traitor voted on by the audience.
The heir who wants out, the sibling who wants in. GTA VI lands in November and every creator with an RP server is waiting. We shoot on V now, deals that promote their servers, and drop the day six launches. This one first.
The mascot gets a show. Short, funny, a birthday every season. The IP line that becomes merch, in app items and the premiere everyone comes to.
In the first thirty days we watch every show in development and on the app and score it against the rules above: hook, stakes, reveal, hold. Finish the ones that score, sunset the ones that don't. Twenty seven shows total 141 episodes today, five each. Two shows at twenty beat ten shows at two.
Script notes, hooks, wardrobe, angles, on every show, not just tentpoles. Every new show starts from one document: the trope, the location, the character we root for, the secret, the season reveal, and the hook map. Then the raw comes to us and we cut.
Cold open on conflict, answer last episode's question by second ten, one turn, one new question in the last five seconds. Sixty to ninety seconds. Every time.
Weekly: what's charting on ReelShort and DramaBox, what's trending in DTI and Brookhaven, what sounds are moving on TikTok. Fed into the slate so we're always cutting on trend.
Right now a show lives in a Discord channel: Drive links, "any update on ep 6," feedback in threads, creators cutting their own clips. Episodic television doesn't run like that, and neither should bumpp. We build the system in the first thirty days. Discord stays as the front door. A real production infrastructure sits underneath it.
A producer per show, under Hot Juice. One person a creator talks to from outline to delivery. Notes, deadlines, wardrobe, casting, payments coordinated. The bumpp team stops being partner managers by hand.
Social is a deliverable of the show, not a favor from the creator. The moment raw lands, editorial is notified. Promo cuts start while the episodes are still in post. Pre promotion, premiere, episode drops and the recap are on the calendar before the show is finished.
A weekly production meeting. Every show, every episode, what's late, what ships this week. Twenty minutes. Same as a writers' room, same as a network.
Built for ten plus shows a month. Today an episode waits in a thread for notes. In the system, raw lands, editorial is pinged, notes go back the same day, and the social cuts come off it before the episode is live. Faster, not just tidier.
Seasons and air dates. Twenty episodes is a season. Seasons have drop schedules. Drop schedules feed the social calendar. That's the whole system.
Discord for the creators and the community, stays exactly where it is. Slack between our teams, Dropbox for every file. A monthly planning meeting on the calendar, a weekly production meeting, and both teams in lockstep.
Every show, every episode, status, owner, due date, feedback, delivery. A simple UI on a production tool so a creator sees their show in ten seconds.
Raw, cuts, posters, trailers, stills. By show, by episode, by creator. Lo-fi, mid-fi, hi-fi tagged. Nothing shared as a chat link again.
Raw uploaded, editorial pinged. Episode approved, social slot created. Episode live, creator page updated.
Illustrative. Show names from the production server, statuses invented. The real board is built in month one on top of whatever tool the team already lives in, or the one we recommend after the workshop.
Elite creators, premium brands. That is what we do and what we promise. These are the buckets we are natively great at, and every one of them maps to something bumpp needs now or after the raise.
Executive production, shooting, editing, post. Lo-fi to cinematic. Events, shows, social.
We are the social team. Cut, caption, schedule, post, reply, report.
Identify, acquire, sign, pay, brief, manage. One roster, one owner.
From idea to episodes ready for distribution.
A system from day one so nothing gets lost again.
What goes up, when, where, and why.
A decade of live events. Dinners, booths, premieres, tournaments.
Voice, identity, decks, story.
We built our own data room from scratch. We build yours.
Discord, newsletter, rituals, the vote.
The biggest headroom. Something people come back for.
Live selling, TikTok Shop, boosting rules.
Ninety days to set the foundation and hit the numbers the raise needs, on a twelve month agreement. Signature this weekend, start Monday. We learn a lot in the first sixty days. It never slows the posting down.
Admin on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Discord. App analytics. The creator list. Brand assets. A Dropbox stood up with the taxonomy: lo-fi, mid-fi, hi-fi, by event, by show, by creator. RDC goes in first.
Bios rewritten, the second YouTube merged, Blueberry pointed at bumpp on purpose. Show playlists created. The RDC library queued across every channel, not just one.
A light cadence from the RDC library and the twenty shows while the team is built. Captions and hooks in the native register, creators tagged. Re announcing that bumpp exists and how it ties to Blueberry. The full daily engine starts day 31.
Amy and the team. Our preference is always in person, and with a distributed team on both sides we run kickoff over video and find time in the same room within the first ninety days. Amy and the team, the app data, the slate, the deals, the creators, the customer value journey from stranger to raving fan. Out of it: the blueprint.
The team hired and onboarded. Strategy and cadence per channel. Editorial voice and caption system. Customer value journey and the ICP deep dive. The creator intake process: who wants to make microdramas on bumpp, how they apply, how they get approved, contracted and paid. The show development process: outline, shoot, cut, name, profile, deliver. Dashboard live, baseline set. Day 30: the blueprint sets the engine.
Five posts a day across platforms. First creator outreach wave. First shows through the new process, delivered ready for distribution. Content cut from outside Roblox for the first time. Weekly UGC from the community into the calendar. The content calendar for the rest of the year, including which communities and events to be at.
Month one is the setup: team, workshops, audits, the customer value journey, brand lenses, the database. Day 31 the engine starts, fixed through day 90.
Ninety days of real numbers, the raise out, Everblue and Makers Fund at the table, GTA VI content live. We plan 2027 together.
The engine with fuel. Everything from phase one at volume, plus the things that need money behind them.
Creator studios and clubhouses, already mapped by Hot Juice. bumpp as an anchor community as they open.
The economics are there. These creators make real money, they are not always the most creative people in the world, and they need a lot of help. Hot Juice is natively great at exactly the buckets that wrap around them. This is how it grows.
At scale we are producing, editing and delivering shows to the platform in a rhythm. What makes an incredible microdrama as the lens, native and on trend to the consumer, with a deep profile of who that consumer is.
Minecraft, GTA, Fortnite, then Halo, World of Warcraft, The Sims, VRChat. Outbound outreach, proximity and experiential. How do we meet these creators? We go where they are.
Dinners in specific markets around the world to kick off each community, acquire the creators and bring them in. We produce them at a high level with an event producer on the ground.
Every conference and event bumpp should be at through 2027. We shoot it, and we run the booth: strategy, circulation, lead capture, follow up, the same energy every time.
YouTube has the most headroom because that's where the creators live. A recurring show with the top creators across platforms, produced, cut and distributed by Hot Juice. bumpp's own tentpole.
The community on an owned platform. Creator profiles, search by creator and game, new episode and new season highlights. Bringing the fandom onto bumpp itself.
Creator studios and clubhouses. A place, regionally, where creators come to make, connect and belong. Hot Juice has already mapped the entire thing. It is part of our plan, and it is massive.
Converted sound stages in iconic locations. Easy to get to, exclusive to be in. A private membership club for elite creators and the brands that want to reach them.
A turnkey, beautiful place to activate: live selling, events, dinners, bringing in their top creators. We fill the room, that's the one thing they all want.
A monthly membership, a place to make things, weekly mixers and networking, platforms like Roblox, TikTok and YouTube coming to them.
West Coast and East Coast hubs. A European hub, likely London. APAC, Australia or Asia. bumpp as an anchor community as they open.
A partnership on the thing both companies have been building toward. Gaming is the niche that proves it. Lifestyle creators with huge followings convert to gaming just as easily, and the clubhouse is where all of it lives.
You are going out in November. We have built a raise from scratch, data room and all. We build the same for bumpp and Blueberry, tell the story with the assets we already made, and help define what the money is for.
Password protected, tracked, so you know everyone who has been in. Financials, the deck, the story, the proof. Stood up before November.
The buzz at the booth, the dinner, the creators. Vignettes strung together into an internal piece that lives right in the data room.
Pitch deck and brand deck. Content, community, commerce as the thesis. What the engine costs at scale as the ask.
Views on the shows up, accounts up, cost per install down, a creator community nobody else has. The engine budget at three sizes so investors see the plan, not a wish.
How Hot Juice fits into the raise: the studio partner, the production arm, the creator community. Part of the story investors hear.
Post money, we plan the year together: experiential, communities, the slate, the clubhouse conversation.
Hot Juice built its own raise from scratch, data room and all. Go look at it: hotjuicedataroom.com, password flagship. Same structure, same discipline, built for bumpp and Blueberry. Data room development is its own line in the investment section so it can start now.
One month to stand production up, then one monthly retainer for a production engine that cuts for social, and a creator line that pays us when the pipeline moves. Twelve month agreement. Scales at the raise.
Production gets stood up first. Every show in season one audited for depth and breadth, the pipeline built, the head of production search opened with Amy, the creators loaded into the board. Then the channels, the blueprint, the dashboard. In person when we can, over video when we can't.
Production first, the same team cutting for social, and the creator program inside it. Producer and editorial capacity across ten shows a month with the tentpole inside, end to end with post, spread where each show needs it. Every episode feeds the posts that drive awareness back to the shows. Twelve months.
The head of production is a bumpp employee, on bumpp's payroll, in bumpp's budget. That salary is not in the $17,000. We source and vet them with you, they join your team, and we run the production department with them in the seat, with our guidance and oversight. The producing itself is inside the $17,000 from day 31, our producers, our editors, so nothing waits on that hire. Our editor, social manager and producer sit on our payroll through the pilot and transition to bumpp at the raise.
$20,000 once for month one, then $17,000 a month from day 31. Ten shows a month with the tentpole inside, the same team cutting one to two posts a day from them, the creator program end to end, the board, the dashboard, the meetings. A signing bonus per creator we close. The head of production hired into bumpp with our guidance. That's the whole thing until the raise.
Producer attention doubles, a second producer joins, the pipeline runs at the clip the app needs. Licensing deals with creators already pulling millions.
Every platform, every day, cut from the shows. Creator amplification at scale, premieres as events, the boost rule pointed at installs.
Outreach pods per game, the ambassador track, creator profiles, the pipeline at hundreds. Bonuses keep paying as it moves.
Same team, same model, more volume, a few more people only when the volume justifies it. Set together at the raise with ninety days of real numbers.
The data room built and password protected, the proof section cut from RDC, the deck, the story, financials laid out. Before November. See ours at hotjuicedataroom.com, password flagship.
Creator dinners in new markets, booth strategy and a producer on the road, premieres. Scoped per event, RDC style. Boosting is media only, spent against the rule, and ramps after the raise.
$20,000 on signature for month one. The $17,000 retainer starts day 31, billed monthly, on a twelve month agreement. Signing bonuses invoiced monthly as creators close. Add ons as they start. At the raise we sit down and scale it. That's the whole thing.
Month one setup, then the $17,000 retainer from day 31. Ten shows a month, the tentpole inside it, social and creators inside the same number.
What grew, what it cost, what the channels need. The numbers we take into the raise conversation.
Once the raise closes we look at where to invest at scale, and pricing adjusts with the equity partnership. The scale plan below is contingent on the raise.
The retainer runs. When the raise lands, we scale into 2027 on top of it.
Five a day everywhere, four games, creator program at full speed, the bumpp show in production, the two leads managed.
Real television in rhythm. Licensing deals with creators already pulling millions.
Creator dinners in new markets, the road team, premieres as events, an awards night.
Studios and clubhouses are a build, not a retainer. That's the conversation for the room with you and your investors.
$20,000 for month one, then $17,000 a month from day 31 on a twelve month agreement. One number for production, social and creators. The setup starts the day you say yes. The pipeline is running by day 31 and the head of production search is open with you from week one.
Built as a partnership between Hot Juice and bumpp. The first ninety days get the foundation built at a favorable rate. At the raise, we sit down on how the two companies grow together, including ownership, and pricing at scale adjusts with that partnership. If this grows the way we both think it will, it's one of the biggest relationships either of us could have.
Dress to Impress, bumpp edition. Make him over, then save him. Every Boop someone makes is an in app item waiting to happen, and every share is a post. This is what a fandom does when you give it a toy.
Sound on. Every save gets a celebration. Screenshot it and send it to Hot Juice.
